Maria Seaman

Maria Seaman joined OOD in June 2011 and was the agency’s Budget Manager for over seven years.  Maria began her career in state government in 1997 under the Legislative Service Commission’s fellowship program and remained on staff for nearly 14 years where she covered primarily health and human services agencies and legislation. 

Maria earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies degree from the University at Buffalo, and a Master of Public Administration degree from North Carolina State University.  She brings more than 24 years of public service experience to the Division of Fiscal Management.
