Rick Schanz

Rick Schanz serves as Chief Legal Counsel for Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. Schanz previously served as Assistant Legal Counsel with OOD. Prior to becoming Chief Legal Counsel, Schanz was a Magistrate and Staff Attorney for the Honorable Judges Marcelain and Branstool in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas. Schanz also served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County.

Schanz earned his Juris Doctor cum laude with pro bono honors from Capital University Law School.
