The Quick Stat Scorecard presents key performance indicators for OOD’s Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program and Division of Disability Determination (DDD). Data is presented on a federal fiscal year basis for the prior four years, as well as year-to-date for the current federal fiscal year.

DDD Definitions
Regional Average Cost Per Case: The average cost to process a case in the 6-state region (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin).
OOD Average Cost Per Case: The average cost to process a case at OOD.
OOD Cost Efficiency: The percent difference in the OOD Average Cost Per Case and the Regional Average Cost Per Case.
Disability Determinations Made: Disability Determination cases processed during the time period.
Average Initial Processing Time: Average number of days to process an Initial Case.
Overall Initial Net Decisional Accuracy: Percentage of Initial Cases processed accurately per reviews completed by SSA in a rolling three-month period.
Initial Allowance Rate: Percentage of Initial Disability Determinations that were allowed during the rating period.

VR Definitions
Cost Per Served: The average cost for service for all cases (open or closed) with an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) during the reporting period.
Average Time to Eligibility Decision: The average time (in days) to make an eligibility decision from the date of application during the reporting period.
Eligibility Decisions Made: Number of eligibility decisions made during the reporting period.
Service Plans Signed: Number of Individualized Plans for Employment (IPE) signed during the reporting period.
Time to Closure w/Employment Outcome - Total: Average number of months from application to close a case with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome during the reporting period.
Time to Closure w/Employment Outcome - Under Age 25: Average number of months from application to close a case with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome for participants under 25 years of age at the time of case closure during the reporting period.
Time to Closure w/Employment Outcome - Age 25 and Over: Average number of months from application to close a case with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome for participants over 25 years of age at the time of case closure during the reporting period.
Eligibles and Served: Total number of open cases with a signed Individualized Plan for Employment or eligibility determination or closed cases from eligible status or after a signed Individualized Plan for Employment during the reporting period.
Total Closures with Employment Outcome: Total number of cases closed with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome during the reporting period.
Average Wage: Average hourly wage of all cases closed with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome during the reporting period.
Average Hours: Average hours worked in a week of all cases closed with a successful competitive integrated employment outcome during the reporting period.
