Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) partners with public and private providers, and individuals with disabilities to help individuals obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment in the community.

OOD’s new Provider Management Program (PMP) is now available!

From here providers can:
•    Login to the Provider Management Program (PMP);
•    View Provider SEARCH information;
•    View the current VR Provider Manual;
•    View training materials for providers;
•    Look up a payment;
•    Download provider forms; and
•    Learn how to apply to be a provider

Introducing the Aware Vendor Portal
OOD is rolling out the Aware Vendor Portal in the fall of 2021 as a new way of submitting and tracking authorizations, reports, and bills all in one location.
Provider Acknowledgement Reminder
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) previously announced the move to an annual Provider Acknowledgement (PA) cycle aligning with the beginning of the Federal Fiscal Year, October 1, each year.
Billing Fax Queue Update
Due to the influx of Summer Youth and other billings over the last few weeks as well as the short work week due to Labor Day, OOD is experiencing higher than normal volume in our billing fax queue.
